We are seeking a Remote Communications Specialist- reputed company Role to work from home. The Remote Communications Specialist- reputed company Role acts as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company inquiries and issues involving Internet Sales and Customer Service reputed company multiple platforms, which could include Phone, Chat and Email and acts as a reputed company to the Processing Department team. This specialist will be split between the multiple departments assigned by management. In reputed company, this associate will be flexible in order to complete tasks assigned by the Manager, based on business needs and volume. Job Description

• Handles incoming chats, phone calls, emails or tickets on reputed company Sales and Customer Service reputed company inquiries, order changes, status updates and cancellations with reputed company and a focus on solving any customer problem on the first attempt.

• Utilizes salesmanship to maximize sales opportunities and remains reputed company on meeting sales goals and expectations.
• Suggests products to the customer while probing for additional information.
• Provides lighting and home décor solutions that are beneficial to the company and attractive to the customer.
• Prevents customer returns and ensures customer retention by reasonable negotiations.  Provides solutions that are beneficial to the company and attractive to the customer.
• Contacts customer reputed company phone reputed company possible to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a reputed company manner.
• Demonstrates self-confidence and a desire to go the extra mile to take care of the customer from A-Z in order to create a positive customer experience every time.
• Partners with Management on escalated customer and product issues.  Identifying trends on issues that may reputed company customer satisfaction reputed company and consistently communicates them to management in measurable terms including employee errors on orders, product misrepresentation, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service, administrative, or retail background. Call center experience is a plus.
