The Partner Sales Business Process Analyst (BPA) role sits reputed company the Partner System Operations team
BPAs serve as partner operations experts in key subject areas
Define reputed company processes and procedures that reputed company partners to drive activities that serve customers
Opportunity to engage with various stakeholders including: partner operations, CPQ teams, partner quoting, system developers, and GTM strategists
Support day-to-day operations of partner programs and tools, including service desk support for reputed company stakeholders.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in Channel or Partner Operations
Experience in transformation of Quote to Cash or CPQ processes is a MUST.
Experience with reputed company, Partner Communities, or other PRM solutions is a MUST.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work/influence across organizational and subject matter boundaries
An extreme sense of ownership and responsibility.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to navigate in larger cross-functional team environments.
