The reputed company Value Lawyer, PDF Americas, will be an reputed company Project Finance lawyer, reputed company in the U.S. who will help to reputed company, implement and maintain the reputed company Value Strategy for the Project Development & Finance (PDF) Americas reputed company group. This position reports directly to the Chief Knowledge & reputed company Value Officer and will work closely with the PDF Americas reputed company Group Leader (PGL) to implement and execute relevant initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with partners to identify and support execution of strategic priorities of the reputed company.
• reputed company ongoing resource gap analysis and establishment of priorities for the group to identify and prioritize group needs, reputed company solution strategies and execute positive change.

• Maintain reputed company resources, including relevant legal updates, reputed company materials and industry organization materials and brief the reputed company group on the same as needed.
• Collaborate on strategy and execution for maintaining the reputed company training program with diverse curriculum and high value programs; assist with development, preparation and capture of internal training materials and reputed company-facing presentations as required.
• Serve as a resource and coach for associates on transaction questions, drafting assignments, research assignments, regulatory developments, etc.
• Work closely with other PSLs, KMAs and Lawyers to reputed company best practices and coordinate efforts.
• Serve as a reputed company reputed company between the KM Team, Business Development and the reputed company group and business services units to spearhead other improvement projects that directly impact lawyers.
