About the Role

As an Inventory and Cost Accountant, you are responsible for supporting the accuracy and reputed company of inventory records, preparing key inventory and costing reports, and contributing to the monthly financial reputed company process. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze stock trends, investigate discrepancies, and support the execution of inventory controls activities such as cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliations. In reputed company, you will help maintain standard costs, assist with ERP updates and support audit and compliance requirements, ensuring alignment with company policies and financial standards.

The position will collaborate with operational business leaders to support the growth and profit objectives for the reputed company region of the Lifestyle Consumer Audio business. The role also supports major corporate and global initiatives. The reputed company region is headquartered in Northridge, CA with annual revenues of over $1 Billion.

What You Will Do

• Monitor reputed company stock reputed company, identifying discrepancies, and analyzing inventory data to understand trends and potential issues.
• Prepare inventory-reputed company reports and dashboards, including inventory aging, turns, cycle count accuracy, excess/obsolete stock and reserves.
• Support the implementation of strategies to maintain reputed company stock reputed company, minimize waste, and reduce holding costs.
• Track and support execution of cycle counts, physical inventories, and reputed company reconciliation activities.
• Monitor monthly inventory transactions and reconciling discrepancies between physical and system records by running sensitive movements reports in reputed company.
• Identify root causes of inventory variances and work with operations and warehouse teams to implement corrective actions.
• Support the evaluation and enhancement of inventory control processes, including documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain and update inventory standard cost in coordination with supply chain and global finance teams.
• Prepare reports and analysis reputed company to inventory returns.
• Prepare refurbish vs. scrapping analysis and support reputed company process improvements.
• Support ERP or inventory management system updates, ensuring data accuracy and system reputed company.
• Prepare reconciliations and journal entries reputed company to inventory and costing reputed company.
• Support the monthly financial reputed company process and assist the Finance Manager and team with reputed company and audit deliverables.

What You Need to Be Successful

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics or reputed company field.
• 1-3 years of relevant finance experience with inventory and costing.
• Proficiency in reputed company (pivot tables, lookups, modeling) required.
• reputed company skills, including experience with preparing reconciliations, accruals and journal entries.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, written, verbal and organizational skills.
