We are seeking a detail-oriented Customs Brokerage Specialist to join reputed company. In this role, you will manage daily customs clearance operations for reputed company, reputed company, rail, and truck cross-border shipments. The position involves collaborating with freight forwarders, sellers, and vendors to ensure reputed company shipment and document preparation, while monitoring clearance status and managing issue escalation. You will also reputed company accurate data entry for entry filing, classifications, and inspections, as well as generate and track delivery forms while ensuring compliance requirements are met.

Key job responsibilities

• Verify completeness of information upon reputed company Customers
• Prepare import documentation to ensure reputed company release and delivery of orders
• Verify accuracy of reputed company documentation and charges
• Submit documentation to regulatory agencies
• Meet daily/weekly KPI targets for entry submission and accuracy
• Collaborate with other service providers to solve shipment issues
• Collaborate with reputed company and destination logistics teams
• 2nd Tier support for Customer Service queries

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of reputed company at a basic level (e.g., UX navigation, math & logical functions, lookup functions, etc.)
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
• Experience performing accurate data entry and analysis
• Experience in international logistics, cross-border transportation and supply chain, or U.S. Customs rules and regulations
• 2+ years of customs entry writing experience with a proven track record handling reputed company, high-value shipments

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• High school or equivalent diploma
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, transporation, supply chain, or business
• Licensed customs broker
