POSITION SUMMARY

The Software Automation Engineer is an entry level role who will report to the Software Automation Manager. They are primarily responsible for the setup and maintenance of loan programs used reputed company the Product Pricing reputed company (PriceMyLoan). ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Build, test, and maintain both new and existing loan programs reputed company PriceMyLoan

-Automate investor guidelines and reputed company sheet adjustments into eligibility and pricing rules to be processed by PriceMyLoan.

-Assist clients with system configuration and custom pricing/eligibility requests.

-Investigate issues reported by clients and apply fixes or escalate issues to senior members of reputed company.

-Field inquiries regarding software behavior and utilize knowledge to prescribe best-reputed company solutions.

-Monitor email/web download error logs and update system automation.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Obtain basic knowledge of the various roles in the mortgage industry (processor, underwriters, etc.) and what they are responsible for
