Customer Support Executive (English Communication)

At Evara Jewelry, we create fine jewelry for customers across the globe. We are looking for a confident, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive who can communicate professionally with international clients through email, chat, and messaging platforms while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp, Etsy, Shopify, and other messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers with product information, customization requests, order status, shipping updates, and after-sales support.
• Handle customer concerns, complaints, and returns with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions.
• Coordinate with the production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Follow up with customers regarding pending orders, custom requirements, and delivery updates.
• Ensure all communication reflects Evara Jewelry's premium brand image.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Support the team during promotional campaigns and seasonal sales.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Must have studied in an English-medium school.
• Excellent spoken and written English with strong grammar and communication skills.
• 0–3 years of experience in customer support, client servicing, or sales (experience in jewelry, luxury retail, or e-commerce is preferred).
• Comfortable communicating with international customers.
• Good typing speed and proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and email platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a positive and customer-first attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month
