Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Development Executive to drive B2B SaaS sales, generate qualified leads, conduct product demos, and support business growth for our ESG and sustainability technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Schedule and conduct product demonstrations with prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong sales pipelines.
  • Understand client requirements and position SaaS solutions effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for proposals and onboarding.
  • Work closely with the product and consulting teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Stay updated on evolving ESG regulations, sustainability trends, and disclosure standards.
  • Maintain CRM records and sales reporting.
  • Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.

Qualifications & Skills

✅ Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Management, or related disciplines.

✅ 2–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales / Enterprise sales/ Business Development / Inside Sales.

  • Environmental Science/ ESG/Sustainability will be plus.

✅ Strong communication, project management, client-handling and presentation skills.

✅ Experience in lead generation and consultative selling.

✅ Ability to engage with CXOs and decision-makers.

✅ Self-driven, target-focused, and growth-oriented mindset.

✅ Excellent analytical and research skills.

✅ Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and sustainability-related tools or software.
