🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume Animal Birth Control (ABC) surgeries with precision and care
- Conduct surgeries including pyometra, fracture repair, mass excision, and more
- Lead and supervise surgical teams during sterilization and treatment drives
- Ensure strict adherence to animal welfare and surgical protocols
- Collaborate with NGOs and internal teams
- Maintain accurate surgical records and reports
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- BVSc & AH degree – Mandatory
- Valid registration with Veterinary Council of India / State Council
- 5+ years of surgical experience preferred
- Proven record of 2000–3000+ ABC surgeries
- Experience performing 20+ small animal soft tissue surgeries
- Prior NGO / high-volume program experience is a plus
- Strong leadership and team management skills
