Utkarsh Global Foundation is seeking skilled and passionate Veterinary Surgeons to lead high-volume sterilization (ABC) and surgical programs across locations. If you’re committed to animal welfare and ready to make an impact, we’d love to have you on our team!
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume Animal Birth Control (ABC) surgeries with precision and care.
- Conduct surgeries for pyometra, fracture repair, mass excision, and other soft tissue procedures.
- Lead and supervise surgical teams during sterilization and treatment drives.
- Ensure strict adherence to animal welfare and surgical protocols.
- Collaborate with animal welfare NGOs and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate surgical records and reports.
Eligibility Criteria
- BVSc & AH degree – Mandatory
- Valid registration with the Veterinary Council of India / State Veterinary Council
- 5+ years of surgical experience preferred
- Proven record of 2000–3000+ ABC surgeries
- Experience performing 20+ small animal soft tissue surgeries required
- Prior work with animal welfare NGOs or high-volume sterilization programs is an added advantage
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
