🔹 Role Overview

We are looking for skilled and passionate Veterinary Surgeons to lead high-volume Animal Birth Control (ABC) and surgical programs across multiple locations in Mumbai. If you are committed to animal welfare and want to create real impact, this role is for you.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume ABC (Animal Birth Control) surgeries with precision and care
• Conduct surgeries including pyometra, fracture repair, and mass excision
• Lead and supervise surgical teams during sterilization and treatment drives
• Ensure strict adherence to animal welfare and surgical protocols
• Collaborate with NGOs and internal teams for smooth program execution
• Maintain accurate surgical records and reporting

🔹 Eligibility Criteria

• BVSc & AH degree – Mandatory
• Valid registration with Veterinary Council of India / State Veterinary Council
• 5+ years of surgical experience preferred
• Proven experience of 2000–3000+ ABC surgeries
• Experience performing 20+ small animal soft tissue surgeries
• Prior experience with animal welfare NGOs / sterilization programs is a plus
• Strong leadership and team management skills
