Program Manager – Agile / Open Stack | 10–17 Yrs | Bangalore | Immediate Joiner

Project / Program Details (4 Lines):

• Lead and govern multiple mid-sized, complex projects under a unified program structure.
• Drive alignment across cross-functional Agile teams to ensure program-level objectives are met.
• Establish program governance, manage dependencies, risks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to track progress, optimize delivery, and ensure business outcomes.

Must-Have Skills:

• 10–17 years of overall experience with 5–8 years in Program/Project Management
• Strong experience managing multiple concurrent projects (program-level ownership)
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) at scale
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and ServiceNow
• Proven track record in handling mid-sized complex programs/projects
• Experience working with Open Stack environments/technologies
• Strong stakeholder management, governance, and communication skills
• Ability to manage cross-functional and distributed teams

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Exposure to eCommerce (eCom) programs/projects
• Experience in hybrid delivery models and global team coordination
• Familiarity with scaling frameworks like SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
• Certifications like PMP, PgMP, or Scrum Master (CSM/PSM)

Location & Work Model:

• Bangalore-based role
• Hybrid model: 2–3 days/week from office
