Java With Angular --Lead I - Software Engineering

Role Description

Role: Senior Full Stack Developer (Java + Angular)

Responsibilities

Development & Implementation

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance, reusable, and reliable web applications using Angular and Java
• Write clean, well‑documented, testable code following coding standards and best practices
• Implement complex UI/UX designs and integrate seamlessly with backend APIs/services
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness
• Participate in code reviews, enforce standards, and contribute to continuous improvement
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across UI and backend layers

Technical Leadership & Mentorship

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
• Lead or contribute to architecture/design discussions and establish best practices
• Evaluate and recommend tools/technologies to improve developer productivity and solution quality
• Conduct knowledge‑sharing sessions and support team capability building

Collaboration & Delivery

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend teams, and QA to deliver high‑quality features
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives)
• Work closely with QA to ensure test coverage, defect resolution, and release quality

Performance & Optimization

• Conduct performance testing/analysis to identify bottlenecks and improve user experience
• Implement strategies to enhance application speed, stability, and maintainability

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in:
• Java/JEE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot
• Hibernate/JPA
• REST/SOAP Web Services
• SQL (strong query and database fundamentals)
• Web/Application server deployment exposure (e.g., Servlet container / application servers)
• Code quality / static analysis tools
• CI/CD tools and pipeline concepts
• Agile methodologies
• Frontend fundamentals: Angular, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML/CSS, AJAX
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Strong experience working in Agile delivery models

Nice to Have (Optional)

• Unit testing frameworks for frontend/backend
• Performance tuning experience (frontend or backend)
• Exposure to containerization / cloud deployment concepts
