Role description

Lead I - Product Engineering

We are seeking an experienced Angular Full Stack Developer with 8+ years of hands-on development experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Angular, AG Grid, backend technologies, and demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills. This role requires close interaction with business stakeholders, product owners, and crossfunctional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using Angular (latest versions)

Build rich, interactive data-driven UI components using AG Grid (enterprise features preferred)

Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services

Collaborate with UX designers to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces

Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices

Optimize application performance, security, and scalability

Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews

Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers

Work closely with product owners, QA, and business stakeholders to understand requirements

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack

Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of professional software development experience

Strong expertise in Angular (Angular 10+) including:

Components, Services, Modules

RxJS, Observables

State management (NgRx preferred)

Hands-on experience with AG Grid, including:

Large datasets

Custom cell renderers

Sorting, filtering, pagination, and performance optimization

Robust backend experience with one or more of the following:

.NET Core

Node.js / Express

Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous processing

Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript

Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases

Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
