As an experienced AWS and CaaS Platform Configurator, your role at UST will involve:

- Setting up, configuring, integrating, routing, reporting, and developing contact flows on CaaS platforms with 2+ years of experience.
- Integrating AWS services like Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, EC2, CloudFront, IAM, and third-party APIs for 2+ years.
- Utilizing scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, or Node.js for 2+ years.
- Holding an AWS Certification would be preferred.
- Being well-versed in customer experience technologies like Voice, IVR, Chat, Messaging (SMS/Chat/WhatsApp).
- Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and continuous delivery systems on AWS or Azure.
- Having a strong grasp of deployment automation, monitoring, and operational optimization tools.
- Demonstrating the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments.
- Providing L3 production support for business-critical applications, including on-call responsibilities.
- Possessing excellent communication, analytical, and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
