Molding Technician - Night Shift (6:00pm to 6:00am)

 

Overview

US Conec is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Molding Technician to join our night shift team in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you’ll support injection molding operations by setting up machines, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized production floor. You’ll work closely with the Shift Lead to execute daily tasks and contribute to a safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Operate hydraulic lift and scissor lift table to move molds into injection molding machines
  • Set molds into machines using specialized equipment and controlled procedures
  • Follow Lock-Out Tag-Out protocols as applicable
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Molding Floor through sweeping, mopping, and regular machine wipe-downs
  • Stock and organize molding cabinets and carts
  • Assist with additional molding floor and machine duties as directed by the Shift Lead

 

Must Haves

  • Less than high school education, or up to one month of related experience/training, or equivalent combination
  • Forklift certification required
  • Ability to follow written procedures and safety protocols
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Willingness to work collaboratively and take direction
