Help guests look and feel their best. As a Spa Hair Stylist, you’ll deliver an elevated, relaxing experience—combining expert hair services with exceptional guest care in a clean, professional spa environment.

What you’ll do

• Provide high-quality hair services including cuts, color, highlights, styling, and treatments.
• Deliver a consistent, premium guest experience that exceeds expectations every visit.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through strong relationships and service excellence.
• Greet guests, complete consultations, and ensure all required waivers/forms are completed.
• Maintain an accurate schedule and support strong client retention.
• Recommend retail products and additional services to enhance results.
• Keep your station and spa environment clean, organized, and compliant with standards.
• Participate in required trainings, meetings, and support additional spa operations as needed.

Position Requirements

• Active cosmetology or barber license (required).
• Strong communication and listening skills with a warm, professional presence.
• Detail-oriented with strong organization and time management skills.
• Positive, outgoing attitude with a polished, guest-facing appearance.
• Ability to build relationships quickly and grow a client base.
• Comfort learning new techniques, products, and systems.
• Commitment to punctuality, professionalism, and service excellence.
