Job Description
Our client is a global law firm that prides itself on sourcing and retaining top legal talent. Their Calgary office is currently seeking a motivated Associate with 3- 6 years of post-call commercial litigation experience from a recognized law firm, to join its Commercial Litigation Group.
The successful candidate will join a collaborative team of experienced lawyers, with strong mentorship and the opportunity to provide exceptional service to a sophisticated client base.
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will bring:
- 3 - 6 years of post-call experience in commercial litigation from a national or a reputable regional law firm. A combination of in-house and private practice experience will also be considered.
- Above average academics
- Willingness to take initiative
- Strong analytical, communication and drafting skills
- Client service orientated with excellent interpersonal skills
- Team orientated
- Qualified to practice law in Alberta
