Major Purpose of the Job:
The Marketing Manager, Growth and Performance is responsible for managing day-to-day marketing execution, overseeing campaign operations and ensuring disciplined performance tracking across programs. This role ensures that marketing activities are coordinated, measured and continuously optimized. The position combines campaign management, marketing operations, analytics and vendor oversight to strengthen overall marketing effectiveness. The ideal candidate is an organized, data-driven manager who brings structure to execution, maintains clear visibility into performance and translates insights into practical recommendations.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Campaign Management and Execution
- Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid media, email, website initiatives and conference-related promotion
- Develop and maintain integrated campaign calendars across accreditation programs
- Translate strategic priorities into clear briefs, timelines and deployment plans
- Coordinate campaign launch, QA and optimization in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors
- Oversee pre-event and post-event workflows to support conference marketing effort
- Ensure consistency in messaging and deployment across channels
Marketing Performance and Analytics
- Develop and maintain dashboards tracking lead volume, funnel progression, engagement and channel performance
- Monitor performance metrics including cost per lead, conversion rates and campaign ROI
- Identify trends, performance gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Provide recommendations on where to increase, adjust or reduce marketing activity based on data
- Strengthen tracking standards across HubSpot, Salesforce and related systems
- Prepare performance summaries and insights for senior leadership
Marketing Operations and Process Management
- Maintain marketing automation workflows and ensure accurate segmentation, tagging and reporting standards
- Improve documentation and repeatability of campaign processes
- Ensure alignment between marketing systems to strengthen data integrity
- Coordinate timelines across internal stakeholders and vendors to improve execution discipline
- Support refinement of funnel definitions and lifecycle stage tracking
Agency and Vendor Management
- Serve as primary liaison to external marketing agencies and vendors
- Monitor vendor performance against KPIs, timelines and budget parameters
- Review and interpret performance reports and ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Provide structured feedback to vendors to improve results

Requirements
Experience, Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Seven to ten years of progressive experience in marketing management, marketing operations or demand generation
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-channel campaigns and marketing calendars
- Strong experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot and CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
- Experience managing external marketing vendors or agencies
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives independently with strong attention to detail
- Ability to interpret performance data and recommend resource adjustments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Health care or B2B marketing experience preferred
Education and Training Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field required. Master’s degree preferred
