• Collect, label, and prepare specimens for testing according to standard procedures
• Assist laboratory technologists and technicians with routine tasks and equipment maintenance
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory workspace
• Accurately document and enter data into laboratory information systems
• Adhere to safety and quality control guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Support inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying supervisors of shortages
• *Qualifications:**
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in laboratory assistance is a plus
• Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures and terminology
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
• Good communication and teamwork skills
