Job Description

Physical Demands

Occasional evening and weekend work to meet deadlines.

Sitting for extended periods of time.

Dexterity of hands and fingers required to operate a computer keyboard or mouse, and to handle other computer components.

This position is considered an essential position and may be required to work at the normal work location or an alternative location during a major catastrophic event, weather emergency, or other operational emergencies to help maintain continuity of University services.

Minimum Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university conferred by start date.

Experience

One (1) year of professional information technology system administration experience.

Additional work experience as defined above may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for up to four (4) years of the required education.

Knowledge, Skills AND Abilities:

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud products.

Working knowledge of 's best practices and functionality in relation to creating custom apps and objects, formula fields, flow, reports, custom views, and other content.

Skill in oral and written communication.

Skill in the use of Google Workspace products.

Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, regulations, and laws.

Ability to multitask while demonstrating a commitment to customer service and sensitivity to a culturally and ethnically diverse community.

Salesforce Administrator certification within twelve (12) months after the start date
