Chemical Plant Manager Role

Lead operations as a Chemical Plant Manager with Univar Solutions, guiding a team toward operational excellence. Ensure the effective and safe production of chemical products in a dynamic environment. In this vital role reporting to the Operations Manager, you will manage a workforce of 20-30, including three supervisors. Your duties focus on overseeing various aspects, from warehouse operations to the transloading of bulk chemicals and managing production processes. You'll drive safety initiatives while ensuring that financial targets are met through budget oversight and performance analysis. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the operations team effectively
• Manage warehouse and transloading activities proficiently
• Ensure accuracy of inventory through regular reconciliation
• Prepare budgets and handle financial variances
• Conduct office tasks and adapt to varying outdoor conditions Requirements:
• University degree in Engineering, Business, or Logistics
• 5 years of warehouse experience with supervisory role
• Preferred experience in chemical handling and manufacturing
• Strong computer, communication, and organizational skills
