Job Description

Drive improvement in healthcare as a Biomedical Remote Systems Administrator. Support and train clinical users in deploying cardiac monitoring applications while working remotely within the Pacific Time Zone. As part of the Customer Support team, you will offer technical advice and services, ensuring users can effectively utilize biomedical applications.

Your role requires diagnosing technical issues, integrating systems, and supporting product enhancements in collaboration with engineering teams. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-users of Cardiology applications remotely
