Primary Responsibilities

• Build reports/dashboards using various tools like PowerBI, SQL and excel
• Provide Denial/ Payment/Open AR trends by Payer/site with data level root cause analysis
• Increase efficiency and effectiveness of overall operations with the help of data level RCA's
• Customization of operational & strategic reports based on project goals & client requirements.
• Identify automation opportunities using various tools.
• Open to work in US shift timings (3:30PM IST to 1AM IST)
• Open to work in RTO and hybrid environment (as per the official guidelines)
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Any Graduate
• Overall 2+ years of experience in Reporting & Analytics - Exposure in RCM Reporting and analysis, RCM domain expertise is added advantage
• Skill Set:
• Proficient knowledge in BI tools like PowerBI/Tableau
• Working knowledge in data management using SQL/MySQL & MS Excel
• Good communication Skills
• Solid Analytical and Logical skills
• Ability to work independently and share status updates on work progress
