Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Service/ Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. Candidates must have strong communication skills, motivation to build and maintain relationships, possess a willingness to learn about our organization and industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in inside sales, customer service, and technology sales, with the ability to engage customers through outbound calling. Spanish Speaking is a PLUS.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and schedule appointments.
• Update client information in the company contact database
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on business development initiatives.
• Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inside sales or a related field is preferred but not necessary.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish a plus, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
