Job Summary

We are seeking a Packaging Engineer to support packaging operations and ensure compliance with industry standards in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role focuses on packaging design, equipment support, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize packaging processes for pharmaceutical products

Support packaging line operations and troubleshoot issues

Coordinate packaging validation and qualification activities

Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements

Work with cross functional teams including QA, manufacturing, and vendors

Review and update packaging specifications and documentation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

3 to 7 years of experience in packaging engineering

Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environment

Strong knowledge of GMP and packaging standards

Preferred Skills:

Experience with packaging equipment and line automation

Knowledge of serialization and labeling requirements

Strong problem solving and communication skills
