Job Title: Junior Recruiter – Oil & Gas

Location: Kochi, India

Department: Human Resources / Recruitment

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to support our Oil & Gas recruitment team. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for technical and non-technical positions across the GCC region. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about recruitment and wants to build a career in international hiring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes based on job requirements.
  • Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients.
  • Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment tracker.
  • Post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms.
  • Verify candidate documents and employment details.
  • Follow up with shortlisted candidates regarding interview feedback and offer acceptance.
  • Assist in onboarding and documentation.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing Oil & Gas requirements.
  • Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
