Job Description
Unified CX Solutions is looking for experienced Call Center Customer Service and Technical Support Representatives to handle Inbound calls from existing Canadian customers.
- Full-Time positions available (6 day work week)
- Shifts available between 4pm-10am IST
- Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading English Required
- Great, secure, premier office located in Goregaon West, Mumbai with lots of perks – lounge, game room, onsite parking + much more
- Mentoring and guidance from Canadian Management Team
Requirements
The ideal candidate must enjoy a teamwork oriented environment, open to collaborating with others, motivated in helping their peers and customers and is customer driven.
- Experience working in a Call Center environment handling incoming and/or making outgoing calls
- Customer Service oriented in developing and maintaining a positive customer interaction
- Strong English communication and people skills – written and verbal communication
- Ability to multi-task and comfortable operating in multiple applications at one time
- Open to flexibility in schedule including working extended or extra shifts
- Providing an exceptional customer service experience on every call
- Experience in the telecommunications industry an asset
