YOUR MISSION

As our Site Operations Specialist in Paris, you'll be the backbone of our workplace operations—ensuring our office runs smoothly, safely, and compliantly every single day. You'll be the trusted coordination point between our teams, vendors, and building management, making sure everything from workplace readiness to health & safety compliance is handled with precision and care. Beyond local site responsibilities, you'll also contribute to global workplace operations initiatives, helping drive operational consistency across UiPath's international portfolio.

WHAT YOU'LL DO AT UIPATH

Keep Our Workplace Running Seamlessly

• Coordinate daily site services to ensure our Paris office is operational, safe, and ready for business
• Office readiness

Champion Compliance & Safety

• Ensure Health & Safety and workplace compliance activities
• Partner with Legal, People Ops, and regional teams to ensure our site practices align with company policies and local requirements

Connect the Dots Across Functions

• Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure full compliance
• Maintain visibility of open actions, risks, and escalations, communicating updates to stakeholders

Support Global Workplace Excellence

• Support activities like vendor coordination, workplace experience programs, portfolio standards, and sustainability initiatives
• Help drive operational consistency across UiPath's offices

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM

• Experience in site operations
• Availability to be present on site 5 days a week for local operational coverage
• Highly organized with strong attention to details
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Fluent English
