Your Mission:

  • As an Emerging Enterprise Executive at UiPath, you will drive business growth by acquiring new customers and nurturing relationships with existing customers specifically within the commercial/mid-market segment in Australia
  • You will strategically engage with decision-makers, demonstrate the value of our end-to-end automation platform, and create long-term customer success stories that contribute to UiPath's market leadership in this key segment
  • Your expertise in solution selling and account development will be instrumental in achieving revenue targets while delivering exceptional customer experience to commercial clients

This is what you’ll do at UiPath:

  • Acquire new logos and expand UiPath's customer base
  • Mine existing relationships to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
  • Understand customers' business challenges to identify and explore automation opportunities
  • Demonstrate UiPath's value proposition effectively against competitive offerings

Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in your assigned territory

  • Collaborate with technical sales and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Leverage our partner ecosystem to expand market reach and execute joint go-to-market strategies
  • Track, forecast, and report on pipeline metrics using CRM tools with precision and reliability
  • Maintain deep product knowledge of UiPath's offerings, roadmap, and competitive

This is what you’ll bring to our team:

  • 2 - 5 years of enterprise software full sales life cycle experience
  • Proven track record selling to mid-market customers in Australia
  • Strong skills in account planning, territory management, and multi-product selling strategies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities in English
