Tyson Foods is seeking an Entry-Level Lab Chemist to join our team Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. In this role, you'll be involved in various analytical tasks, maintaining ISO records, and supporting test evaluations. Candidates should possess a high school diploma, with a preference for those having prior lab experience or relevant coursework in chemistry or microbiology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate sophisticated lab equipment with minimal supervision
• Work independently to resolve routine laboratory issues
• Assist in developing and validating testing applications
• Maintain quality system and safety records per ISO standards
• Cross-train to support teammates in different areas

Requirements

• High school diploma required; college experience preferred
• Previous lab experience or technical training beneficial
• Strong reading, verbal, and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and LabWare LIMS
• Must reside in the US
