Job Description
This role is ideal for a creative and strategic social media manager passionate about empowering women through authentic and engaging content. The focus is on supporting a midlife influencer to grow her presence on Instagram and launch on TikTok, with an emphasis on genuine storytelling, confidence, and fun. Deliverables
- Develop and refine a quarterly social media strategy tailored to Instagram and TikTok, focusing on authentic engagement and growth.
- Generate creative content ideas that align with the brand’s mission of empowerment, confidence, and fun.
- Provide regular accountability check-ins and updates to ensure consistent progress and content delivery.
- Advise on best practices for audience engagement, platform trends, and content optimization.
- Support the planning and execution of content calendars, including brainstorming, scheduling, and reviewing posts.
- Offer feedback and suggestions to keep content fresh, informative, and true to the brand’s voice.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing or supporting social media accounts, preferably for personal brands or influencers.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok, including content trends, analytics, and audience engagement strategies.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging, non-boring content ideas tailored to women in midlife.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to accountability and regular updates.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity.
