Job Description

The Data and AI Innovation team delivers scalable AI and data solutions to support global customers with a customer-centric approach. We are seeking a Senior UX Design Developer to shape and optimize user-centric experiences for data and AI solutions used by a global sales organization, aligning experiences with business goals and improving solution delivery at scale.

Required Skills & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a senior role.
- Front-end Development: Experience in enterprise solutions delivery as a Senior UX Designer.
- Understanding Agile: Experience with Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Proficiency in Process Analysis & Performance Metrics: Familiarity with UX research methodologies.
- Tailored Communication: Experience in documenting and verbally communicating project plans and processes.
Complimentary Qualifications
- Experience in a globally distributed organization.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud computing and SaaS technologies.
- Experience in Business-Driven Design and Development.
- 2+ years in a research, design, develop, observe and renew development cycle with a proven portfolio.
Exceptional Qualifications
- Familiarity with Siemens DISW portfolio and domains like PLM, CAD, CAM, CAE, IOT.
- Experience designing for Sales Force, Sales Dashboards, and AI interactive interfaces.

Salary Information
The annual target salary range for this position is $112,800 CAD to $162,800 CAD, and the role is eligible for incentive compensation. Actual compensation will be based on the candidate’s skills, experience, and education.
