Key Responsibilities:

• Produce 2–4 exterior renders from architectural drawings
• Construct accurate massing models for proposed developments
• Implement realistic materials and lighting in renders
• Ensure seamless integration with environmental context
• Deliver fast revisions to meet project needs

Requirements

• Experience in architectural visualization with exterior focus
• Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., SketchUp, Lumion)
• Strong grasp of architectural planning
• Efficient in quick iterations from feedback
• Excellent detail orientation and communication in English
