Role Overview: You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for executive-level roles across the region/cluster using various sources. This includes managing salary negotiations, offer letters, and ensuring timely onboarding for new/upcoming projects. Additionally, you will identify, onboard, and manage local and outstation vendors, maintain optimal blue-collar headcount, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. You will also maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders and lead the HR team to support site operations.
