Role : Desktop Support Engineer L1

Location : Faridabad, Haryana

Experience Level - 0–2 years of relevant experience in IT End User Services, Service Desk, or On-site Support in an enterprise environment.

Role Objective

Provide first-level, user-facing IT support and coordination, ensuring accurate request handling, basic troubleshooting, and timely escalation in alignment.

Core Competencies

• Incident and Service Request handling using ITSM tools
• Basic troubleshooting of end-user devices (laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals)
• User communication and customer service orientation
• Asset inventory updates and basic compliance checks
• Coordination with L2 teams and vendors

Technical Knowledge (Foundational)

• Windows OS, basic macOS knowledge
• MS Office / O365 fundamentals
• Basic networking concepts (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN awareness)
• Endpoint security and antivirus awareness

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
