Wireless Project Operations Manager

Lead wireless construction projects as a proactive Wireless Operations Manager. Oversee construction, installation, and maintenance while coordinating with subcontractors and project teams.

In this role, you will ensure seamless project execution and adherence to budgets and timelines. You'll be responsible for engaging with contractors, producing RFPs, and addressing any construction challenges. Adaptability to a flexible schedule is essential for cutover events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of telecommunications construction
• Manage relationships with contractors and subcontractors
• Prepare and evaluate Request for Quote bids
• Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards
• Document project changes and manage scope adjustments

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in telecommunications construction
• Strong ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Familiarity with construction codes and site requirements
• Competence in interpreting contracts and drawings
• Skills in preparing cost estimates and project schedules
