Your role includes managing complex issues in contracts and regulatory standards, playing a vital part in supporting both local and international operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on employment law matters and workplace legislation
• Manage and negotiate significant commercial agreements
• Consult on immigration and foreign staffing regulations
• Contribute to legal risk management and process enhancements
• Collaborate with outside counsel on litigation matters

Requirements

• LL.B. or J.D. from an accredited Canadian law school
• Licensed with the Law Society of Ontario
• 3+ years of experience in employment and immigration law
• Solid knowledge of human rights and compliance standards
• Proven ability to communicate with senior stakeholders
