- Domestic and APAC hiring markets We operate in a fast-paced startup environment, so we are looking for individuals who are: proactive detail-oriented comfortable working with ownership and responsibility About the Role We are looking for an HR Executive / Talent Acquisition Executive who will be responsible for:
- managing end-to-end recruitment
- handling both in-house hiring and client hiring
- working across domestic and APAC hiring requirements This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, coordinating processes, and managing hiring workflows efficiently Key Responsibilities - Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle:
- sourcing
- screening
- scheduling interviews
- coordination
- Work on:
- in-house hiring (internal roles)
- client hiring (domestic & APAC markets)
- Source candidates using:
- job portals
- other hiring platforms
- Conduct initial screening calls
- Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
- Maintain candidate databases and hiring trackers
- Ensure smooth communication and follow-ups
- Assist in onboarding and documentation processes ️ Required Skills MUST HAVE:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment process
- Strong coordination and follow-up ability
- Organized and detail-oriented approach
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly GOOD TO HAVE:
- Experience in recruitment / HR (internship or full-time)
- Familiarity with:
- LinkedIn hiring
- job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
- Basic understanding of IT or corporate roles
- Exposure to international hiring (APAC) is a plus ️ Important Traits We Are Looking For - Proactive and self-driven attitude
