As the Human Resources Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to design, implement, and oversee thoughtful HR programs across the full employee lifecycle. From workforce planning and recruitment to compliance, compensation, and employee relations, your work will ensure seamless execution, sound risk management, and trusted partnership at every stage. The ideal professional operates confidently as both strategist and hands-on executor, and is comfortable navigating sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary HR advisor to a portfolio of clients overseeing 100+ employees across multiple states.
- Develop and implement best practices across hiring, onboarding, compensation, employee lifecycle, employee relations, benefits, and more.
- Lead talent initiatives by partnering with recruiting teams to identify, attract, and retain top talent, ensuring workforce growth aligns with client objectives.
- Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes, ensuring smooth execution of employee lifecycle activities and timely updates across systems.
- Advise clients on workforce strategy, performance management, and evolving employment matters, delivering recommendations supported by clear analysis and sound judgment.
- Stay ahead of employment law changes, offering proactive guidance to clients that minimizes risk while supporting practical, real-world HR solutions.
- Craft clear, professional policies and communications that guide both clients and employees, translating complex HR concepts into actionable guidance.
- Maintain proactive communication across the team to be proactive as much as possible and handle emerging issues with care.

What We’re Looking For:
- Strategic. You bring at least six years of progressive HR experience as a generalist or business partner, with demonstrated expertise across compensation, payroll coordination, compliance, and full lifecycle recruitment. Bachelor’s degree is required.
