Restaurant Waiter – Job Description

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and customer-focused Restaurant Waiter to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience, and maintaining high standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
• Take guest orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing requests and resolving concerns professionally.
• Set up and clear tables while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Process bills and handle payments accurately.
• Follow hotel service standards, safety regulations, and grooming policies.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a hotel or restaurant is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
