Job Title: Massage Therapy Clinic Supervisor

Hours: Thursdays, 2:00 p.m.-8:30 p.m.

Start Date: Immediate

End Date: February 14, 2027

Compensation: $35/hr - $40/hr

The Opportunity

The Massage Therapy Clinic Supervisor provides instruction, guidance, and mentoring to students as they move from the textbook to the hands‑on practical clinic setting.

What you'll be doing

Advise students on treatment safety prior to treatment to ensure safe treatment of all clients.

Conduct clinical rounds, checking in on each student and asking questions regarding their client's assessment, treatment plan, and long‑term care.

Provide consultation to students while they perform massages as required or upon request.

Maintain communication with other clinic supervisors each shift, providing updates, student information, needed supplies, unexcused absences, and client relations.

Other duties as assigned.

What you bring to the position

Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).

Massage Therapy Diploma.

Minimum of 2 years practical experience.

Previous teaching experience an asset.

Excellent English communication and organizational skills.
