Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

SAP Commodity Risk Manager

to lead and support end-to-end SAP Commodity Management initiatives with a focus on

Deal Capture, Pricing Engine, and Risk Management

. This role will play a critical part in designing, implementing, and optimizing commodity trading and risk processes within SAP environments.

The ideal candidate brings deep functional expertise in SAP Commodity Management, strong knowledge of commodity trading and risk methodologies, and hands-on experience working in SAP S/4HANA or ECC landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in

end-to-end SAP Commodity Management implementations

, focusing on Deal Capture, Pricing Engine, and Risk Management.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; translate them into functional specifications and SAP configurations.
• Design and implement

commodity deal capture processes

, including contract management, trade entry, and trade lifecycle management.

• Configure and optimize the

Commodity Pricing Engine

to support complex pricing scenarios, formula-based pricing, and market data integration.

• Develop, implement, and support

commodity risk management

processes such as exposure management, hedge accounting, and risk reporting.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including

Finance, Procurement, Trading, and IT,

to ensure process alignment and system integration.

• Provide

training, documentation, and post-go-live support

to business users.

• Support testing activities, including SIT, UAT, and production issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum

5+ years of hands-on experience

with SAP Commodity Management, including Deal Capture, Pricing Engine, and Risk Management.

• Strong understanding of

commodity trading processes, pricing methodologies, and risk management principles

.

• Proven experience working in

SAP S/4HANA or SAP ERP (ECC)

environments.

• Experience integrating SAP Commodity Management with related SAP modules.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a

remote consulting environment
