Talent Acquisition Coordinator
You are a self-motivated, resourceful, emerging Talent Acquisition or Human Resources professional who can manage simultaneous projects in a growing organization. You possess an entrepreneurial spirit, a can-do attitude, and exceptional organizational skills. These attributes complement your people and customer-centric skills as you work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
You are self-driven and willing to go the extra mile to achieve the company's goals. You will work remotely, but a vital component of the role will be visiting client sites across BC and Alberta. We are a small and nimble team looking for a fun, engaging, and positive-energy person who is comfortable meeting with stakeholders and representing the Trimark brand.
Job Description
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for clients based in Western Canada. This includes developing and recording job requisitions and job postings and managing the ATS/website postings.
- Process candidates through the candidate workflow, schedule and conduct interviews, conduct candidate assessments, and facilitate offers of employment, including background checks and references.
- Meet weekly with Hiring Managers to follow up on candidate flow and recruitment numbers.
- Create employee files for recordkeeping and client onboarding.
- Maintain ATS and manage the recruitment email portal.
- Ensure compliance with internal and client policies, workflows and legal regulations in all aspects of the recruitment function.
- Ensure the client's payroll/finance team receives the necessary onboarding documents. Manage the HR cloud for document storage.
- Assist in creating and maintaining administrative systems to support HR functions (monthly reports, employee files), including standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Develop, contribute to, and implement effective strategies to continuously improve the organization's operations and create a positive work environment.
- Support the HR Business Partners with project coordination.
- Assist with special projects/initiatives and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- College Diploma or undergraduate degree and working towards a CPHR or RPR designation, or equivalent education and career experiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
- Keen eye for data integrity, accuracy and quality assurance of the information developed.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work independently and within a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a hectic environment.
- Strong customer service orientation - effectively communicating HR initiatives, functions, policies, and procedures.
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft applications, including SharePoint, Teams, Office 365 and related applications. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
Additional Information: Visa Requirements:
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
Hours of work:
- Monday to Friday, 35.0 hours per week, occasional weekends.
Compensation
- $22.00 - $25.00 per hour. Plus, Group Health Benefits, including Telehealth.
Location of Work:
- The candidate will work remotely; however, they will need to be able to visit client worksites within BC and Alberta. Ideal work locations include Calgary, Edmonton, Abbotsford, Vancouver Island, or surrounding communities.
