What You'll Do
Sourcing & Talent Pipelines
Proactively source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, talent communities, and creative outreach strategies Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for high-volume and specialized roles across the organization Develop targeted sourcing strategies tailored to each role, market, and candidate profile Represent Charger Logistics at career fairs, networking events, and university/college recruitment initiatives Leverage ATS data and market intelligence to continuously refine sourcing approaches
Candidate Experience
Own the candidate experience from first touchpoint through onboarding, ensuring every interaction reflects Charger's brand and values Maintain timely, transparent, and professional communication with all candidates throughout the process Conduct engaging and structured interviews that assess skills, cultural fit, and long-term potential Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback loops efficiently to keep candidates and hiring managers aligned Prepare and extend competitive offer packages with a focus on closing strong
Hiring Manager Partnership
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles Develop role-specific selection criteria and interview frameworks Provide market insights and candidate feedback to support informed hiring decisions Advise managers on best practices, employment legislation, and recruitment compliance
HR & Continuous Improvement
Maintain accurate candidate records and requisition data within the ATS Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends to support retention strategies Regularly review and update job descriptions to ensure accuracy Support broader HR initiatives, policy development, and health and safety compliance
What We're Looking For
3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in transportation, logistics, or a high-volume environment Demonstrated strength in proactive sourcing — you don't wait for applications to come in Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms A genuine passion for candidate experience — you treat every candidate with the same care regardless of outcome Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously Knowledge of Ontario employment legislation and HR best practices Clear, confident communicator — written and verbal

Compensation We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience. While we have a general compensation range in mind, we are open to discussing expectations based on your background and skillset. Pay Range : 45,000 - 65,000
