Role Overview

We are looking for 2 experienced L2-level SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams Administrators to support a short-term remediation engagement. The selected resources will work in a staff-augmentation capacity for a single customer, focusing on permission cleanup and access governance.

This role requires strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams permissions, along with the ability to work directly with business users.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with site owners to review and remediate SharePoint Online and Teams permission structures
• Clean up complex permission scenarios, including broken inheritance and direct user access
• Review and correct shared links and external sharing configurations
• Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 group-based access
• Support business users with access-related issues
• Develop and deliver user-facing training materials
• Host live training sessions and office hours
• Provide support in a follow-the-sun model across global time zones

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience administering SharePoint Online
• Strong experience with Microsoft Teams administration
• Deep understanding of permission inheritance and access control
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 Groups
• Experience handling external sharing and shared link cleanup
• L2-level troubleshooting capability
• Customer-facing experience and strong communication skills
• Ability to start immediately

• Exposure to access governance best practices
