Your Responsibilities
- Build full-stack applications using modern technologies (frontend, backend, APIs)
- Work on real client projects across a variety of industries
- Collaborate with engineers through pair programming and AI-assisted development
- Use AI tools (Copilot, Claude, etc.) to:
- Generate and refine code
- Debug and iterate faster
- Explore alternative technical approaches
- Design and build agentic workflows where AI systems:
- Execute multi-step tasks
- Interact with APIs and external tools
- Support product functionality and internal workflows
- Integrate LLM-powered features such as:
- Intelligent assistants
- Automated workflows
- Context-aware user experiences
- Contribute to the design of scalable, maintainable systems that combine traditional software engineering with AI-driven logic and orchestration
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
