This role focuses on building scalable Salesforce solutions using modern engineering practices.  Key Responsibilities  <ul> <li>Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools </li> <li>Implement business logic using Flows, validation rules, and approval processes </li> <li>Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft) </li> <li>Participate in Copado-driven CI/CD pipelines including commits, promotions, and deployments </li> <li>Troubleshoot defects, support UAT, and resolve production issues </li> <li>Work with architects and senior developers on solution design and technical implementation </li> <li>Support data migration and transformation activities </li> <li>Ensure code quality through peer reviews and adherence to best practices </li> </ul> Required Qualifications  <ul> <li>4–6 years of Salesforce development experience </li> <li>Strong experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs </li> <li>Experience with declarative automation (Flows, Approval Processes) </li> <li>Exposure to CI/CD tools (Copado preferred, or similar) </li> <li>Experience with integrations and data migration tools </li> <li>Strong debugging and problem-solving skills </li> </ul> Preferred  <ul> <li>Salesforce Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II certifications </li> <li>Experience in Service Cloud / Experience Cloud </li> <li>Exposure to security scanning tools and DevSecOps practices </li> <li>Knowledge or experience of Agentforce and Data360 </li> </ul>       Public Trust Clearance: This role will require the hired candidate to go through public trust clearance.
