Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive achievement of monthly sales and revenue targets in the assigned territory
  • Execute channel expansion strategies in line with organizational growth plans
  • Strengthen partner capabilities through regular training, on-the-job coaching (OJT), and process implementation, ensuring optimal ROI
  • Develop and manage lead funnels and partner activities, ensuring effective execution
  • Ensure strict adherence to sales policies and compliance standards
  • Follow Planned Journey Plan (PJP) and maintain consistent engagement with channel partners based on categorization
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage DSA manpower, while leading and motivating the channel sales team to achieve productivity targets
  • Define and monitor sales/revenue targets for assigned partners, with regular performance reviews
  • Maintain daily and weekly reporting as per organizational guidelines
  • Provide continuous channel partner support including timely logins, PLC/VC coordination, and ensuring business quality and yield

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in channel sales, preferably in Telecom, Travel, Real Estate, Insurance, or Broking industries
  • Proven experience in managing local territory operations and handling 5–7 channel partners
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Demonstrated ability in driving results and execution excellence
  • High level of energy, ownership, and passion for sales
  • Strong customer-centric approach
  • Good understanding of market dynamics and vendor management
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and analytical skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively as per business requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
