Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive achievement of monthly sales and revenue targets in the assigned territory
- Execute channel expansion strategies in line with organizational growth plans
- Strengthen partner capabilities through regular training, on-the-job coaching (OJT), and process implementation, ensuring optimal ROI
- Develop and manage lead funnels and partner activities, ensuring effective execution
- Ensure strict adherence to sales policies and compliance standards
- Follow Planned Journey Plan (PJP) and maintain consistent engagement with channel partners based on categorization
- Recruit, onboard, and manage DSA manpower, while leading and motivating the channel sales team to achieve productivity targets
- Define and monitor sales/revenue targets for assigned partners, with regular performance reviews
- Maintain daily and weekly reporting as per organizational guidelines
- Provide continuous channel partner support including timely logins, PLC/VC coordination, and ensuring business quality and yield
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in channel sales, preferably in Telecom, Travel, Real Estate, Insurance, or Broking industries
- Proven experience in managing local territory operations and handling 5–7 channel partners
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrated ability in driving results and execution excellence
- High level of energy, ownership, and passion for sales
- Strong customer-centric approach
- Good understanding of market dynamics and vendor management
- Excellent presentation, communication, and analytical skills
- Willingness to travel extensively as per business requirements
