Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kurla for a Sales Manager specializing in logistics with a required minimum experience of 5 years.

The Sales

Manager will manage and grow the client portfolio, develop and execute sales strategies, and oversee customer relationship management. Daily responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with the operations team to meet client requirements. The role also involves tracking market trends, achieving sales targets, and maintaining service excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management, particularly in the logistics industry
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Sound knowledge of logistics processes, supply chain management, and freight solutions
• Analytical and strategic planning skills, with a focus on achieving sales targets
• Ability to lead teams and collaborate with cross-functional departments effectively
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales tracking systems, and basic MS Office applications
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Relevant bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
